The difference between lithium battery and lithium cell

Lithium cell is equivalent to the core of Li-ion battery. Li-ion battery is mainly made up of two major combinations, the cell and the battery protection board (PCM). Battery protection board is mainly a combination of protection chip (or safety control chip), MOS tube, resistor, capacitor and circuit board, etc. The cell is equivalent to the core of the lithium battery, and the information management system is equivalent to the brain of the lithium battery. The cell is mainly a combination of positive electrode material, negative electrode material, electrolyte, diaphragm and equipment shell. Lithium battery is a series-parallel connection of lithium cells plus the core protection plate and shell composed of power supply equipment, is a finished product. And lithium cells are semi-finished products can not be used directly, need to cooperate with the protection plate to use.
